Organic Modern home decor is the style I always knew was mine, but didn’t know what to call it until I saw it. We have a 90s/2000s house and I love all the warm wood work but I would be lying if I said it didn’t scream early 2000s. Organic Modern Decorative Bowl | Decorative Bowl 2
Both of these bowls are an easy way to add some wood into your home, or to bring some warmth if you had a lot of whites and other neutrals. I also love neutrals, but there is such a thing as too much white, so this is a great accent piece to bring in.
Organic Modern Vase
Similar to this vase, this is an easy piece to bring in, even if left empty and just used on the bookshelf as exra decor. This is a larger vase so I don’t think I would use it as a kitchen table center piece, but maybe on a large dining room table or a entry way corner.
Coasters
A simple way to bring the organic modern syle into your home. Coasters are a way to elevate your home and feel more adult. So many coasters are for college sports teams, or have cheesy sayings, these are very elevated and will fit your Organic Modern Home Decor Style.
Faux Olive Tree
Is it Cliche? Yes. Is it worth it? Also yes. I actually have this tree in two places in my house, one in the living room and one in our master bedroom. I did cut all the fake olives off, but then it was very cute and I was excited to bring in some green to our room without needing a green thumb.
Indoor Planter
Now grab something to put the olive tree into. I do not go over the top to make my fake trees look real. I know you can fill the planter with filler, add moss, and really make it look real. To me, it is a fake tree and it is not worth the extra work or cost of filler. I don’t understand as most of my fake trees/plants sit in corners and no one is looking into the pot to see what it is filled with.
Pillow Covers
These are great for bringing in texture into your space. When you have a simple couch it is great to bring texture and color in with these subtle covers. These are also great because you can switch the covers based on the season.
